Smells Like Coffee

This week went by soooooo fast.. I barely couldn't remember everything that I did from Monday until yesterday. Our house maid was go back to her village on the first week of September and might not coming back here so we have to search for the replacement. That means, until we got the replacement, all of the family should work together for the house work. Let's say.. it's good for our health because it can be considered as a workout right?? hahaaa.. :P

Anyway, remember the fabric remnants I told you on the previous post?? It turned out to be 6 braided statement necklaces.. ^o^ Here is the picture of them. I think I'm not going to post the detail in here because me and Ondy in Mix Match Head are working for our blog and I'm gonna post each of the necklace there. I'll give the link when it's ready.. ^^

I still got a few more of the fabric remnants so I guess I have to find out another way to use them.

Oh my!! I forgot to cut some for Ondy, I've promise to bring them tomorrow.. Should go now..

Have a nice weekend.. :D

It's been a phenomenon recently, in all over the world - and with no exception, here in Bandung.. Meet the 'fixed gear'.. or call them 'fixie' if you like.. I like to call fixie as 'bike that belongs only for you', heheee.. isn't it great??! hahaaa.. no no no, just call it fixie, it's easier to say anyway.. :P

Well, I won't explain many thing about fixie right now, since I planned to make another blog to talk about bike (and might be with a little fashion and style on it..) hehee.. Wish me luck and wait for the link soon..!! ;)
Hope I could finish my first post for the blog this weekend..

Anyway, here in Product Design Itenas, we have quite a large workshop. With so many students and so different interest we have here, sometimes the workshop is fun to be seen. On a same time, some students could be working on their task.. while some doing experiment with resin, aluminum, or some other materials for making jewelry.. and some other could be working on their side job, or their own project, make some 'receh' (small amount of money) for 'jajan' (buy little things), hahaaa..

Well, this fixie-thing make so many of us doing a same thing on a same time.. Yup, we are making our own fixed gear..!! Many of us built up our own bike since couple months ago. Some like to have a city bike, while other want a racing, and some doing fixed gear..

Mine, was built up secretly by Sats.. Just met her last week, and I dooo love her a muchmuch!! ^o^ Hyaiiiyyy.. thank yooouuu..!! ^o^

Update-->> Here is the link to my other blog.. I try to capture every single cyclist with their own style-to-bike in my town.. Enjoy it..!! ;)

I've been playing with my Elmo lately.. ^o^

No no no, he's not a new one, I had him for about 6 years until now.. I just missed him (actually he's been in my room ever since he was taken to my home, sounds weird when I thought I missed him :P) while watching he's sitting up there on my closet, then I realize how dusty he was, heheee.. So I picked him out of the closet and cleaned him up and cut off his gray hair (he really had one, hahaaa..)

Anyway.. I got this t-shirt material from my cousin.. He has a t-shirt factory and lots of the remaining material left with almost no use in his house, so I ask him if I could have some of it..

I have made some necklaces from those t-shirt material (what do they called anyway??).. Well let's see how many accessories could I make from them, and I'll post it later.. ^_^

Feeewwwhh..

hahaaaaa..
It's not like I didn't enjoy my life for this last couple of months, but it was really a hectic time.. ^^ Thanks God the result is great! (>_0)
I'll tell about my last project later.. kekeeee..

Now this is what I missed for weeks..

..a cup of ice coffee, my fave magazines, and a place to relax..

..and those cheese puffs was 'oh so good..!!' heheee.. :P

ghraaawwwlll..!! (,,,)(o_o)(,,,)
It's really been a long long time since I made the last post.. I just saw my page couple minutes ago and realized that I didn't post a thing on June!! Crap!! (+_+)
So many things I want to share.. So little time.. I guess I'll be back soon on August..

Wish me luck for my final project!! I'm doing my best to finish it this week.. fightiiing..!! \(^o^)/

Anyway, this is some things I've done recently..

and..

tadaaa..

Thanks to Sats, Aga (my lil' brother), Amen, and Ucup for the helps.. also Ociw, Widsung and Pekyu for being there at the class, hahaa.. We stayed late and sometimes stay overnight at our class during this 2 months.. finishing our projects.. Actually, each of us have our own project to be done this month.. Wish us luck!! :D

hahaaa.. like a mess, don't you think?? Well those things keeps me awake 'till the morning.. ^^

Ok! I guess that's it for today.. can't wait the day I could see my blog everyday again..!! ^o^

I went to this place last Saturday with my bf, when we wanted to eat something with small bite.. Well actually, small bites make me eat a lot because my brain thinks it just a little piece of food and it's delicious and makes your stomach ask for more, hahaa.. :D

Anyway, here we are in a small roadside cafe that sells Bajigur and Bandrek named "Bajigur Asli", which means "The Real Bajigur". ^^

OK, now here some facts about bajigur and bandrek..

• Bajigur and Bandrek are some Sundanese (one of the culture that live in Java - Indonesia) traditional beverage.
• Bajigur is also called "Cocopucino" because the color is brown like cappuccino, and it made from coconut milk, brown sugar and pandan leaves. Sometimes they also put in some kolang kaling in it.
• Bandrek is made from ginger and some other ingredients like brown sugar and cinnamon. They also add some sliced coconut in it. People here in Bandung believed that bandrek has a healing effect on a sore throat.
• Bandrek and Bajigur are served hot or warm, especially when the weather is cold or when it rain.

I like bandrek rather than bajigur because I don't really like coconut milk, and it leaves a warm feeling on my throat. Oh, and another thing is, they usually served with some gorengan like pisang goreng (fried banana), gehu (tofu filled with bean sprout), bala-bala (mixed vegetables that fried with flour) and some other fried-small bite food, I can say.. :P

Try some!! You can find this "Bajigur Asli - Ibu Hj Siti Maemunah" booth of on Jalan Cilaki, Bandung -Indonesia. They open everyday from 5 to 12 p.m. ;)

Yaiy! It's Twister - my favorite menu at KFC, hohooo.. Ask me why! Because it has those delicious and hard to be resisted sliced chickens and the vegetables too in it. Hahaaa.. :))

Here is a cup of cappuccino that we had. Ooops, I think I messed up the foam when tried to make a kind of latte art with it, hahaa.. Cappuccino? Yes, KFC have a coffee corner now. I found it couple weeks ago that KFC on Jalan Merdeka is open 24 hours and have a coffee booth. Now I know where else to go when I'm starving on the middle of the deadline night. :P

We took a table on the outside. They have sofas too. Not a very comfortable one actually, but it's nice.

And there it is our cappuccino.. I tried to make it look better with those brown sugar, hahaa..
