Another easy peasy green smoothie recipe today..
Remember to blend the vegetable and water first before adding the fruits! That way your smoothie would taste smoother and there will be no chunky vegie inside.. ;)

Ingredients:
- 1 cup Baby Kailan
- 1 cup Water
- 1 cup Frozen Apple
- 1/2 cup Frozen Pear
- 1 cup Water
- 1 cup Frozen Apple
- 1/2 cup Frozen Pear
Instruction:
1. Blend together Baby Kailan and water.
2. Add apple and pear, blend until smooth.

This recipe is different for me, so I am gonna try it soon. Well to have a healthy and best skin it is important to have a good diet. In my daily routine I used to have a glass of Green drink daily.
